Matt Niemiec, CPA

Founder & President

After graduating from San Diego State University, Matt spent a decade advocating for small businesses through their accounting best practices. Prior to opening his own firm he was working as the Director of Financial Operations at RG Alliance Group and an Accounting Manager at TGG Accounting. In both roles he acted as an outsourced accounting department streamlining client accounting processes to make sure they were accurate and timely. Matt likes to challenge the traditional accounting stereotype and come up with creative ways of dissecting data to give business owners’ as much knowledge of their books as possible in order to be able to make informed business decisions. He is a husband, father of three girls and lives an active lifestyle in the Bay Area.
